The last day of 2015

I was surprised that today was the last day of 2015.
Time fly so fast!
In this year, I entered AGU, and I met all of you.
In addition, I read many English books.
I am not good at reading book, but I am very glad to meet many wonderful books thanks to AGU's class.
I cannot decide the book that is the most impressive for me, but The Adventure of Huckleberry Fin, Jane Eyre, A Christmas Carol, and The Notebook were very impressive for me.
Anyway, this year was filled with many excitements and happiness.
I want to say countless thanks to all of you.
Have a nice New Year's Eve with your family!

Time.

I cannot believe we have only one days this year.
Times goes so fast.
By the way, I hang out with my sister today and ate lunch together.

Christmas Day

On 25th, I had a party with my friends. They came over to my house. We bought many foods, but we couldn't ate it all. My older brother and his girlfriend came too and we went to karaoke after. We all had great Christmas Day. 

Disney.

Yesterday I went to Tokyo Disney Land with my friend.
Although there were many people, I was able to ride more than ten attractions.
I really had a good time.
I think I will clean my room today.

Small trio to Kamakura.

On 26th of December, I went to Kamakura with my best friend. It was one day trip. We wore Kimono together, and walked around Kamakura. We went to see "Daibutsu" and Bamboo. We drunk Green tea together. It was so delicious. It was very hard to go up stairs of shrine or temples, but it was worth to climb up. I took so many beautiful pictures and ate so many delicious food. I wish to go there again. Also, this time, I couldn't go Enoshima. So next time, I will go there too!!

Today.

It's been for a while since I posted last time. I have been busy, and I forgot to write on this blog.

Today, I came back to Kochi. I slept over and I missed to go bank. So I didn't have enough money to ride bus to my home. But I could come back home safely! So everything went well! I will enjoy in Kochi a lot! Hope everyone in IE class would enjoy in your home town! 

Orange

My mother's friend gave me many oranges today.
Moreover, my grandparents gave me many oranges yesterday too.
So I cannot count how many oranges my family has.
I am very appriciated for many oranges, but I don't have confident to eat up.

My lovely senior.

Today I met my senior, Mana from my high school.
We ate at a buffet and got totally full.
The food was absolutely delicious.

She is one of the person I really respect and love very much.
I love her way of living and the way she thinks.
Talking with her always makes me happy.

I was surprised to have a Christmas present from her. I will cherish it.
I'm so happy to be able to encounter such a wonderful person like her!!!

I got back to my home town today. It is so nice to see and be with family. It's been about four months that I haven't seen my them. What I am really excited is to eat my mom's food!

Star Wars

Tonight, I am going to watch Star Wars: The Force Awakenes with my father.
I have never watched Star Wars series, so I am very excited.
Many teachers and friends said to me that Star Wars series are very nice. So I am sure that I will enjoy watching it. I hope that everyone enjoy nice winter vacation.

Today I'm going to meet my best friend, Yuka.

The Nut Cracker

I watched a classic ballet DVD last Sunday. The title is "The Nut Cracker." This is a story about Christmas. And this is the best story I like in classic ballet stories. After I watched it, I looked forward to Christmas more! I want to see the play at a hall actually next year.

I have a cold.

I have a cold now. Because I don't get well from last Sunday, I went to a hospital to hit the drip. I hope to get well, and enjoy winter vacation! :(

It is 500 yen, and this is very healthy food.

Tokyo Disney Sea

Yesterday I went to Tokyo Disney Sea. All of the things were decorated in Christmas and they were cute. I entered in 8o'clock so I was able to ride many attractions. At night the light up was very beautiful and there was a big Christmas tree. I took many pictures. I was also able to take picture with Minney. I had fun going there.

Wicked.

Today I borrowed the book, Wicked from the library.
Although I have seen the musical once, I have never read the book.
I'm very excited to read it.

JR SKI SKI

Do you use JR line? I usually use private railroad to commute but I often use JR. In winter, the company puts poster which is the campaign named JR SKI SKI. Its purpose is to promote ski trip and yearly a popular actress is casted for the commercial and poster like Honda Tsubasa and Hirose Suzu. This year, as my first sight of it, I was surprised that some wolves were in the poster! Actually they are a band called MAN WITH A MISSION: the member's head is wolf and body is human. I supposed it was a novel idea though few weeks later, the poster was replaced with another one. There were two beautiful girls. I took an intrest in, so I searched about it. According to the JR homepage, the two girls are Yamamoto Maika and Taira Yuna and MAN WITH A MISSION wrote music for the commercial! 

Fun weekend

I had such a fun weekend! On Friday, I had bonenkai with people from my work, and on Saturday, I went to Disney Sea with friends from my work. I've got to see my friend from my high school dancing in the show there! She works for Disneyland and Disney Sea. It was very exciting to see her dancing!
Today, I hanged out with another friend from my work. She is from Australia, and she's going back in February. I had a very fun time! I will miss her.

Short hair.

Today I suddenly had the idea of cutting my hair.
Although I was thinking of growing my hair, I decided to go to a salon near Aogaku after fifth period.
I guess I will prefer short hair rather than long hair because short hair is convenient for me.

Girls talk

Naomi, Yuriko and I talked many things almost for an hour.
We ate ice cream together, and it was really fun time.
We promised that we will have dinner together.
I am very looking for it.

Films

The film titled Straight Outta Comptom will be on the screen tomorrow. This is a film about rappers. I'm planning to watch it before I go back to my hometown because it won't be released in Hakodate. I watched 7 films for the past week. There's one more film I want to watch before the holiday and I'll watch Star Wars during holiday. Films always give me a lot of fun.

Charlie and the chocolate factory

I just had Wonka Bar. It was strawberry flavored and tasted very good! It is limited so I recommend you all to try it soon! I bought it at Loft.

Present

I send some present for my best friend since I was a high school student. Her birthday was passed and we could not meet on that month. So I decided to send present and card. When she got them, she send me a message and she was pleased. I was glad to know that. I want to meet her as soon as possible.

My favorite artist

I have been a fan of a Japanese band, back number since I had heard its song "Hanataba" for the first time. It released an album last week. My mother likes it too and she bought me its album.
back number makes a lot of great songs.
It has many famous songs and they are very good but I think that some of infamous songs are better than them, for example "Setagaya love story".
I recommend that you should listen to it :-)

Strawberry yogurt

If you like Strawberry yogurt, you should buy this.

This is the best strawberry yogurt I have ever had.
The price is about 400 yen, so it is a little expensive compared to other strawberry yogurt.
However, it is worth of 400 yen.

Club members

I was a member of drama club at the high school.
I met the members if the club on Tuesday!
All of us go to differnt schools now.
When we got together last time is about 3 months ago, so we had a lot of thing to talk about.
I want to be in good relationship with them forever :)

This morning.

This morning, u woke up 6:00 A.M. 

Since I slept early yesterday, I just woke up without alarm clock. 

Then, I cooked some breakfast, soup and French toast.  

After I had breakfast, I watched movie, "Taiyou no uta" 

I cried a lot. It was good movie. 

Waking up in the morning early is great, but I found that it makes me tired and I am very tired now.

Pancake

Yesterday, I went to eat pancake with my IE friends! It was so fluffy and very nice. But I ate too much cream and it turned my stomach. 

Anyway, I loved it so much. I might gonna go there again.

Surprising

A few days ago, my senior in workplace retired. She is very kind, and very powerful. Although a farewell party was held, I couldn't participate in it. She sent a message for those who couldn't attend it like me on LINE. She wrote she was a housewife. I was surprised because I thought she was youthful. Then I said to the other senior that I was surprised at that. She told me she was 30's and she had a 5-year-old child. It was difficult for me to understand that! I thought I also wanted to be youthful forever like her.

Aporo ice creme.

I ate Aporo ice creme since forth period finished early.
Aporo ice creme is one of my favorite flavors in Aogaku.
If you haven`t tried it yet, you should taste it!!!

Commute

I use Ome line, Chuo line, and Yamanote line to commute. So I have to change trains a few times (But some Ome line trians are directly connected to Chuo line). It takes long time to go to the university. When I have 1st period, I get up at 6:00 a.m. and leave home at 6:50 a.m.

Moreover, trains are often crowded and delayed. Two weeks ago, Chuo line was dalayed about an hour and I couldn't attend 1st period. Chuo line is always dense in morning and in evening. I think Chuo line is more croweded than Ymanote line. Since I used only Ome line and the time to commute was much shorter when I was a high school student,  I didn't imagine it was very tough to go to the central part of Tokyo.

Christmas !

Did you guys notice that it is 8 more sleeps to Christmas?

I have! I have training camp during that time. First, I didn't want to go, but I heard there will be Christmas party in 24. We are going to pass out our presents that we prepared, and we don't know who will get my present. I am excited because we don't do this kind of fun normally, and also, party will be held  among all the students in Kanto area, so it will be good chance to make friends!

I have forgotten to write blog for about 3weeks. I am very sorry. IE program is very busy and I sometimes forgot this kind of little task. But I have finished and printed my second book report so please don't think that I am very lazy. But I will try to write blog more often.

Cold winter

It is cold these days. I am not used to this wheter. I am from Okinawa so I don't like cold weather. However winter in Tokyo is so old and every day I think carefully what to wear. But what is worse, I have to go to colder place in winter vacation. I belong to ski circle so I will stay Ina snowy mountain for one week. I must be well prepared.

First ski in this season

I belong to a ski circle. Last Sunday was our first time to ski in this season. It was my second time to ski, so I had many trouble. But my members helped me so I could enjoy it . In a week, I am going to ski training camp. I am excited.

Box of mikan

I bought a big box of mandarins for 880 yen. I love mandarins. I also got a big box of apples for 880 yen. I am so excited that I got many fruits for a good price! Though it was really heavy on my way back home.

Christmas Party

Last week at my club, we had a christmas party.
It was a formal dress party so everyone wore a party dress or a suit.
There were gift exchanges and dating event.
In this dating event, everyone is paired up with a partner and would have to spend two hours with the partner. There were actually three people in my group and we went to Ikebukuro. We spent most time at a cafe, but we talked alot. I really had great time talking with them and I really enjoyed the christmas party.

Guitar

10 months have passed since I started playing guitar. I began practicing right after I passed the entrance exams of university. At first, I couldn't play well but I never gave up because I enjoy playing. I may stop practicing if the activity was not guitar.  Guitar is special hobby for me. Now, I mastered some techniques and I can change guitar codes smoothly. (But I still can't play fast...)

In August, I bought new guitar. The guitar is called SG type. (SG means Solid Guitar.) Although the guitar is secondhand and it was very cheap, I'm very satisfied. It is very light and easy to play. In addition, the guitar can provide heavily distorted sound.

Now, I'm interested in electric bass. I like slapping sound (Slapping is a technique often performed with a bass). But I also want to get another guitar like Telecaster. So I'm planning earn money to get new musical instrument.

Xiaolongbao

Today, I went to Chinese restaurant with Megumi.
The xiaolongbao(sho ron po in Japanese) that we ate were so delicious.
It was the most delicious food ever had.
This shop is in Seibu Shibuya. If you have time, you should go there!

A Discovery.

Right now I was talking with my friend and found out that on January, there are many days when we don`t have school. However since the test period starts from late January and I have a lot of reports to do, I guess I will be pressed with those things in any case.

non-no model

I know by reading magazine that a non-no model is an AGU student. She belongs to the International Politics, Economics and Communication department and now senior. Her name is Sayaka, actually I forget her family name. Only once I have seen her in front of the building No. 17. I was surprised and excited to see a fashion model nearby. She was tall and her face was small. Of course she looked so cute. However, the thing which surprised me the most was that she walked very very fast. She walked away in a flash!  

iPhone

I changed my cellphone last week. The new one is iPhone 6S. I used iPhone 5 before. The new one is bigger and thinner than the old one. I'm a little uneasy because I may break it. I try to be precious of it.

These days I`m really obsessed with the song, part of your world from the little mermaid.
I found a movie on youtube which Sierra Boggess was singing and her voice totally moved my heart.
I just love the way she sings and the way she expresses herself.

Kakuteki

Do you like Korean food?
This kakuteki is very different from usual kakuteki.
This is because this kakuteki was cooked by my mother's Korean friend.
According to my mother's Korean friend, it took one day to cook, and she added many special spices. This is the traditional way to cook kakuteki for Korean.
She gave me the barrel of kakuteki, so my family don't have confidence to eat up.
So, my family is going to share this kakuteki with my neighbor.

I'm reading "Saturday Night" written by Caroline B. Cooney for this book report. This is a story of 5 girls who have each trouble and dream for a dance party. This book is not filmed, so it may be difficult ti understand the story perfectly. But I like this story and will tell you about why at this Friday.

Today's lunch

Today, I went to family restaurant for today’s lunch.
This restaurant is old traditional restaurant which we call shokudou in Japanese.
The price is not expensive, but the taste is always good.
I love that kind of restaurant because the atmosphere of shokudo makes me feel “I am Japanese.” .

Figure Skate.

I just saw Yuzuru Hanyu`s wonderful performance on TV.
His performance totally moved my heart.
Figure skate is one of my favorite winter sports.

Hakodate Milk

 I found Hakodate milk at the supermarket near my house for the first time after I moved here. I was very happy and I bought it. Hakodate milk is so rich and tastes delicious. Once you drink it, you can never be satisfied with another one. I always buy bad taste low fat milk because it costs only 99 yen. The price of Hakodate milk is more than double but it's surely worth it. I really think dairy products in Hokkaido are nice. I'm looking forward to eating soft cream when I go home in holiday.

Driving skill

Today, I drove my car after a long time.
I forgot the sense of driving, so it was a little scared.
In addition, the skill of parking degraded.
I cannot park my car by myself. It is not good because I am planning to drive a car in next family trip.
I will practice my driving skill during winter and spring vacation.

TOEFL Test

Today, I took a TOEFL test. This was my first time taking this test. I took TOEIC test many times, but I think TOEFL test is way harder than TOEIC test. Both of them has a listening part, but in TOEFL test, we had to listen longer conversation or a speech. There are few questions for this long speech and you had to memorize what they were saying. You don't have much time to answer each questions so it is hard to answer the question and listen to the speech in a same time. I hope my score is higher than last time.

Story: Logos were living in that world and there are so many logos in the town too. It is over 300 logos in the story. MacDonald was a bad guy and hurt people so much.  Finally, The  earth had a big earthquake and those logos were destroyed in the end. 

Message: The company destroyed nature too much and those happened to destroy themselves too. 

Miso soup

Today, I cooked miso soup for my breakfast.
I stayed at Guam only for 4 days, but I already missed Japanese food while I stayed at Guam.
Miso soup that I cooked was very good. 
While I ate my miso soup, I thought that I was a genius for cooking miso soup.
I am looking forward to eating up my miso soup for today's dinner.

Using computer for homework

After I entered university, I have to use computer a lot to do my homework. Several weeks ago, there were tons of homework so I sat in front of the computer and tapped the keys for more than five hours. I did not stand up at all while I did it. My eyes were so tired for watching the screen and also had stiff shoulders. I see networks and database makes it easy to manage and simplify the huge amount of information, but long hour deskwork and computer’s blue light are not good for our health.

 Today, I met my friends in high school.
It was so fun. It was very interesting for me to hear what they are studying now in university.  Also, I felt very impressive to think that although we all studied until 18 yeas old, now we are all going to different ways and studying what we want. I can't wait to meet them again!

I like Friday because it is always fun. I am usually with someone I really like on Friday nights these days. He makes it even more fun! What do you do on Friday night?

my mother`s birthday party

Last Sunday, we went to a Chinese restaurant to celebrate my mother`s birthday.
Her birthday is actually January 1st, but we are all busy and we cannot take time, so we held the party for her in December.
I bought her a pajama which is the same type  I presented to my father on his birthday, November.
I want them to be in good relationship forever.

The main part of this video is the fight between the crimer (Donald) versus the police (Michelinman). At the end of the story, a big earthquake occured and Donald was suffered.

What`s the message?
I think that the person who made this video wanted to teach us that what goes around comes around. Donald does the bad thing in the video, and in the end he fell the holl. So, we have to know that we must not do the bad things.
Also, I think that this video says that we cannot do anything if the terrible disaster occurs suddenly. We should do some preparation for the case of calamities.

What I felt
I think that it is natural for the people in McDonald because Donald is treat like a murderer in the video.

American jokes

I have opportunities to talk to many American friends(in English) these days. 

The other day, our topic was about American jokes. 

Do you know Americans say lots of jokes while they are talking?

They say jokes and then enjoy the reaction of people. American joke is something that could happen but rather unusual(people wouldn't do that sort of thing usually). Also it shouldn't be too serious (like my mother is dead or something like that).

Japanese people however, take American jokes seriously most of the times and they don't react the way Americans wanted: Japanese people suddenly become silent and at a loss for words when Americans say jokes. 

If an American says something that's a bit unusual, just be nice and say to him or her 'Really?' 

And then if he or she says 'Just kidding!' , it means it was an American joke. All you have to do is just laugh. 

Just make sure to avoid being silent!

This story was about a city filled with logos. One day, there were shooting fights in the town. Many people were killed and injured. At the end of the story, earthquake happened and everyone in the city got into a panic.  Everyone tried to survive, but most of the city got destroyed by the earthquake.

I think this story wanted to tell us that there are many logos around us and many companies are trying to get our attention by those logos. 

Presentation in 5th period

I was so nervous about today's presentation...
For everyone, our presentation topic, same-sex marriage, was little difficult to understand.
To tell the truth, by making some mistakes in my presentation, I forgot what I would have to talk!!!
I was so upset and I skipped some contents of my presetation.
Taking today's experience into account, I want to achieve success in final presentation of IE core.

Dinner on 12/7

(Long time no see... I'm sorry for not writing blogs because I'm busy...)
Last Monday, I canceled my shift of my part-time job because I had a lot of homework this week. When I go to part time job, I always eat dinner at the workplace. As I had free time at that night, I decided to cook dinner. By chance, as my boyfriend came to my house, I cooked dinner for him too.
I cooked Shogayaki and Potof. It was for the first time since this April to eat these menu. Although it was for the first time in my life to cook Shogayaku and Potof, they were delicious.

Recently, I have practiced cooking at my part-time-job workplace. I want to develop my skills of cooking and cook more delicious meals many times.  

Dark rings under my eyes

These days, I spent busy days.

There were many homework, tests, and presentation in each class.

I traveled to Guam, which was very nice days, but I was a little tired.

I should have slept longer, but the first period’s class prevented me from sleeping.

This morning, I realized that I had dark rings under my eyes.

Now, I am very happy because I will sleep well thanks to no first period tomorrow.

If you find my dark rings under my eyes tomorrow, please don’t laugh at me. 

Last night

 I went to see iluminations at Roppongi and visited Nunu-chan's house last night. 4 of us had nabe at her house. We put many vegetables, tofu, malony and noodle. Since I live alone and had no chance to have nabe, I really enjoyed it. Also, I came to like malony which I had never had. I really thank Nunu-chan for letting us spend great time at her house.

Presentation.

Right now I`m practicing my group presentation with Momoko.
On fifth period, IE listening, I have to do a group presentation in front of everyone.
I`m a little bit nervous but hope I can do my best.

      I think there are two messages. The first message is conflict. Companies seek profits. They sometimes conflict with other companies. I think this short movie well represents the competition society.
     Another message is that the world is maintained by people. Companies are established by people. Now, there are many corporations. Many founders have been established their own companies and we live in such world. People made the developed and comfortable world.
     However, the land was destroyed in the last part of the movie. I think it suggests the end of the earth. People have made this world, but it is people that will also ruin the world. We are responsible for our world.

I think that this short film suggests us that many logos in this film should cooperate more each other to take measure for environment problem.

Summary

There were a country filled with logos. People who live there are all mascot characters. Donald, the Macdonald's mascot character, kills many people and the policeman tried to catch him. At the end, there were big earthquake and all the logos and the characters disappeared.

Message

I think the message of this movie is that this world is filled with many logos and the company uses them to get attention of the customers. Most of the commercials are acted by the Mascot characters and humans get lazy. Humans need to stop rely on the logos.

Story
A robot is collecting water by himself to live. Without the help of water, he cannot live.
Then he finds a room where there is a strange tank filled with water.
He tries to fill his tank with water however after that he finds a fish which is almost dying. Seeing that he puts the fish into his own tank and then the two of them were saved.

Message
Telling us the important of sharing something with others and at the same time letting us know that we are all living while sacrificing something in order to live.

Shiodome Street Festival.

Since last Saturday, I started working at Shiodome as a part time job. 

I only work in weekends. 

There are Christmas market, or sweets market, creators market in there, It is so much fun, so if you have interest, please come. I will be there on weekends and also 23rd, 24th, 25th. I am sure that it would be fun!

Yesterday I went to see the musical, CHICAGO.
I was totally amazed by the song, dance and everything!!!
Because of the student discount, I was able to see it at the price of 5000 yen, which is pretty reasonable to see a musical.
While I`m a student, I would like to see as many musical as I can.

Came back!

I came back from Guam!
The sea was very beautiful, and all food that I ate were delicious!
The best thing during staying at Guam was the nice weather.
Although the weather forecast was rainy, all day were sunny.
This trip made me refresh, so I will study hard again from tomorrow.

Logorama

This is a story of a city full of logos. One day, a shooting incident and the earthquake happens at the same time. Everyone in the city gets into a panic and everthing in the city is destroyed.

People chase brand stuff because some think having them is a status but the status is actually quite fragile.

My High School Days

I went to Meikei Gakuen High School in Ibaraki. It took 15 minutes by bicycle from my house. My school is six-year secondary school and the student of all school years wears the same uniform and indoor shoes. So you cannot distinguish the school year of each of them at first sight.

There were a lot of school events throughout the year. The students were active and powerful. For example, in Mt. Tsukuba Camp, we walked more than 20km to Mt. Tsukuba from school in our second-year of junior high school. It was at the last of September and the last summer heat was still severe. When we were second-year senior high school students, we swam 4km in the sea at the event of the long-distance swim during the summer vacation. Both of them were really hard and not so much fun but now I feel it was good experience for us.

More remarkable features of my school were dormitory and the system of admitting returnees. Therefore I could meet many people from many countries and prefectures.

I really think Meikei is good school and I was lucky to spend years there.

Tokyo Disney Sea

Yesterday, I went to Tokyo Disney Sea. It was the first time for me to go there in Christmas season. Because of weekday, it wasn't crowded so much. We enjoyed greeting with Disney characters, riding attractions, and appreciating Christmas shows both day and night. I hope to go there again soon!

Musical.

These days I`m interested in watching musical.
On Tuesday I decided to go to see the musical called Chicago after fifth period.
I`m very excited!!!

 An old-fashioned robot was looking for water to keep his life. One day, he found drops of water felling from an old steel tower. He climbed up the tower, and found a berry filled with water. When he poured water in his body, he noticed a small fish was in it. He picked up it and put into his body.

Snowy Home

My brother and I always text each other as I have mentioned. He sent me some photos today to show me they got much snow. When I went back to my hometown 2 weeks ago, we had the first snow of this year but it was not so much. Although I see snow every year, I always get excited when I see the snow covering the town. It's fantastic. It makes me tired when I have to remove the snow in front of the house but I still like snowing weather. I want many people to experience winter in Hakodate.

Guam

From tomorrow, I will go to Guam for vacation.
I went to Guam nine years ago, but I have no memory. 
I want to enjoy beautiful sea, food, and culture of Guam.
I promise that I buy souvenirs for IE class member.
I have to wake up early tomorrow, so I go to bed soon.

What’s the story?

There is a country which consists of logotypes. Various kinds of famous logos appear in this video such as KFC, Esso, LEVI’S, and EMI. The people who are walking the street are also logos or the company’s characters. One day a random shooting incident occurs and natural disaster strikes; the country almost collapses.

 

What’s the message?
Today lots of companies compete with one another to make a profit and it often looks like a war. Large enterprises watch for a chance to take advantage of their opponents. However, they sometimes seem to care about only their benefit and not to consider environment or ecosystem. These days the problems about child labor and awful employment contract become clear. I once heard the news that certain companies employed women and children for low-wage and the product was very close to us. I think this video shows us the near future: destroyed world by excessive business competition. We should go back to the starting point and remember what the business for. I also feel the artist thought of MacDonald’s as the wirepuller in the world; Donald Macdonald was nothing but the villain.

Story: This is a story of a robot which needs water to keep his life. He looks for water to fill his water tank. He found something like balloon which has much water in it. When he broke it, a fish appeard from it. The fish also needs water for living. The robot put the fish in his tank.

Message: Sharing is the way everyone can live happily.

The story is about a robot who cannot live without water. It wanders around to find water. It is not easy for this robot to survive because even if it had water in it's body, it can easy spill out. The robot survives by getting water little by little. Finally, the robot found some water he can get but there lived one fish. The robot saw the fish been thrown out of the water. THe robot put the fish in his body to live together. To share the water to live.

The message of this story that I think is how people should think of others. Robot is symbolising us human. When people are at a border of live and death, how would we behave? In this story the robot had a heart. the robot needed the water to live, but it didn't take away the fish's life. The robot helped the fish. It shows how people could be heart warming even when we are in an emergancy. When we might die. When we are scared or anxious. It reminded me of the 3.11 earth quake. People all over the world said that Japanese people were so heart warming. Thinking about others, helping others even though you are also in an emergancy.  

No border

Have you ever watched a magic show on TV or seen someone perform magic in front of you? 

There are many magicians around the world, but I particularly like one street magician who is half Japanese and half French(now you can guess who he is). Street magicians are those who gether people around and show their performance in front of people in the street. 

He performs not only in Japan but also in other countries such as the States, Malaysia and Brazil.

What I really like about him is the reason he does magic. When I watch him on movies on the Internet I can tell, from his performance, that this guy does not only love magic but wants to entertain and please people and give them hope through his magic. He never does it because it's a job to do. 

Magic is not just about tricks or surprises but rather it is one way of communicating with people (around the world). There's no border. I really want to be like him. 

Bike

Now I want to buy a bike so much. Last week, I lent a bike from my friend. Then, I feel so confortable. I can't express the feeling. I feel the fresh air by forests, sun, and river. I recommend you cycling so much!!

A strange robot was looking for water in order to survive. When he was looking for water, he found a pipe where water is coming from. However, on his way to get the water, he fell over and lost most of his water that was in his tank. Then he ripped off the orange bag that was filled with lots of water. As he were doing, a fish came out of the bag and fell on the ground. He picked up the fish and put it inside his tank.

This story is telling us how water is important in our lives.

Story: An odd robot is swimming and walking in the bottom of the sea. His energy of the moter is generated by water, so he need to provide it with water. He reached to a building and went into it. Inside the building, he went up the stairs and faced a room. At the room, he saw a strange tank. He cut the tank and made his body full of water. However, in the tank, a fish lived and it falt on the floor, because the robot got the water. He catched the fish and made it be into his body filled by water.

Message: The robot is like human, because it needs to make 60% of the body filled by water. We human being sometimes breaks other animals and natural environment because of living. But we should think about coexistence more.

Now is christmas season, and there are so many beautiful illuminations in our town. I like illuminations very much, so I want to go to many illumination spots.

Clean up my room

My mother got angry at me because my room was a mess. So last Sunday I cleaned my room. In my room, many clothes left. It was hard work. But I'm happy to become clean. I want to keep this state.

When he climbed this establishment, he found like a sack that included water. He got that water and then, he knew this sack was a fish's. He dicided to live this fish together.

message: There is a sacrifice when we try to get something to live, absolutely. Thanks to many sacrifices, we are able to live, so we must not forget this truth. 

Shooting star

I hanged out with Hiroki after school. I saw a shooting star when I was walking with him! I am not sure if it was a shooting star or a UFO. I got really excited! I had a good Thursday night.

Story: The robot is collecting water in his tank to sustain his life. While looking for water to collect, he finds this pipe where water is drooping. He tries to get the water from the pipe, but on his way, he trips and losses most of the water in his tank. He gets to the place where the tank was and finds a big bag filled with water. He tore the bag and poured the water into his tank. His tank was filled up again. However, a fish came out of the bag with no water. The robot allowed this fish into his tank, and both the robot and the fish were saved.

Message:  We have to keep in mind that  life is comprised with the sacrifice of others.

Travel plans

I will go to Osaka in January with my university friends.
We are going to visit Universal Stadio Japan.
I went there four years ago and I have wanted to visit there again, so I an looking forward it very much :-)
Also, I will visit Ishigaki Island with my high school friend during spring vacation in order to see the camp of Chiba Lotte Marines because we are big fans of it.
I have a lot of plans and I cannot wait!

Story: a robot walked searching for water. He wanted it sincerely. After he searched it for a long time, he finally found it on the top of a tower. He climbed it, then reached the very place. When he entered water into his body, he noticed that there was fish in it. He decided to live with the fish in his body.

Message: To coexist with other features, we should not monopolize  precious resource but share it with them.

Give me information!

I mentioned I was planning to travel to Korea or Taiwan in the past blog.
However, my friend changed her mind again and again, and now we are planning to travel to Sakurajima, or Yakushima in Kagoshima prefecture.
Other sites proposed for our travel are Aizu Wakamatsu in Fukushima prefecture, Shikoku, and Kyushu.

The story is about: environmental problems. Especially, water shortage and food crisis on earth. I think the robot is the symbol of human. It is what we're going to look like without water or food in the future if we don't pay more attention to what is happening on earth.

The message is: to care, make an effort to keep our planet beautiful, and help each other when someone needs help.

my circle

I belong to ski circle though I have never done ski in my whole life.
I am quite nervous because it is winter now, so we go to mountain and do ski almost whole winter vacation. I believe it will be a lot of fun but since I know nothing about ski, i am a bit nervous.
But I have good friends in my circle so I think I can enjoy it.

Today in my forth period (principle of education lesson), I have a trial lesson.
I will do a English lesson with my group members in front of everyone.
It`s quite scary and I`m a little bit afraid.
Anyway I think the only thing I can do is to relax.

What is the story about?

A robot collects water into its tank to continue to live and it gathers water from plant. The place where it lives looks ruined factory. One day the robot almost runs out of water and it finds a ladder and climbs up onto the roof. There it finds a plant with a big fruit and a fish is in it. It tries to break the fruit and gets plenty of water though the fish seems to nearly die without water. The robot determines to put the fish into its tank to live together.

 

What is the message?

Human have been depended on fossil fuel like petroleum, coal, and natural gas; however we have been all to be careless that wasting those resources for a long time. It certainly has limit and we must take the problem of the depletion of natural resources more seriously. To coexist with all living creatures, we have to consider a concrete plan to save energy and protect nature.  

My regret

I regret wasting my high schol days. It was the worse period in my life. The teachers were very strict, there were few friends, and I was bored to supend monotones days. I didn't have clear goal at that time (and still now...). Now, I think I should have studied abroad while I was a high school student. If I had have done so, my life would have been greater.
Since I am a negative person, I can't think things optimisticlly and I always regret. But I strongly wish I could try my past 3 years once more.

Today, Megumi and I went to the shop near AGU for lunch.

This tortilla is only 500yen.
The taste was Teriyaki, and many vegetables were in this tortilla.
It was very healthy, so I recommend it to girls who go on diet.

Message: Living is to kill other lives. However, there are someway that doesn’t kill anybody.

Last Saturday, I went to see illuminations again after my part-time-job. 

We walked from 2Azabuzyuuban” to "Tokyo Tower” and “Ark Hills” and “Roppongi.”

I guess you don’t know about “Ark Hills” It is in Roppongi. And you can see fabulous christmas tree in there. Also, there are no people around there, so I recommend it! 

I guess I go to see illumination too much. 

four mission match

Last Sunday, our swimming team had a match with other schools such as Sophia University, Meiji Gakuin University, and Rikkyo University. This match is held every year and we call it four mission. This is because all of this schools are mission schools. Our goal was to win the match and be in the first place but we unfortunately ranked in the second place.

I'm can`t believe that There is only a month left this year.
Time goes by so fast.

These days it is hard for me to get up early in the morning since
it is getting colder and colder.
I hope I could sleep as long as I want!!!

Lucky day

Today, my fourth period was cut, so I went shopping to Tama plaza for the first time.
Tama plaza station was very big, and Tama plaza was filled with many families.
There were many famous brand shops, and children's playgrounds in Tama plaza.
I thought that the area near Tama plaza is suited for child rearing.

I live on the Denentoshi Line, but I have never stopped at any station except my nearest station. I am interested in Sangenjaya and Futagotamagawa.
I want to go to these stations someday.

Subway

I had Subway sandwich for lunch today. It was good. I enjoy having different lunch every day. I can't wait to have good lunch tomorrow!

Expenses for One Child

Lately I have realized that it takes an enormous amount of money to raise a child. Living expenses, medical expenses, school expenses…. It is over whelming and I wonder how much my parents and relatives have spent for me until now. I work part-time once or twice a week but the pay always goes toward paying for clothes or traveling costs.

I have bought some presents for my parents several times, though I cannot afford to it these days. I decide to give big presents to them when I get job. But now, the best thing is to go to school and study hard, not to waste the tuition fees.

I finally decided what book to write for the book report.
I chose the book called Jane Eyre.
I hope I can understand the contexts deeply and be able to write a great book report.
I think I should get the book and start reading.

Sweet potatoes

Today, I ate sweet potatoes for the first time in this season.
Sweet potatoes that I ate were very big, sweet.
When I was a child, I often ate sweet potatoes with my childhood friend.
My childhood friend really loved it, and he ate one big potato in at least 5 minutes.
Moreover, he stole my potato which I was going to eat, and often fought hard.
Today's sweet potatoes remind me sweet childhood's memories.

My worry

I have a worry.

It is that I am not good at making friends. 

I been to combined junior and high school, so I didn't have to try making friends when I enter high school. Also, as entering university, as I had one friend that I knew since high school,  and she was sociable person, so I didn't have to greet with new friends. 

However, this made me problem now. In my club activity, we share some equipments with other universities, and to do that smoothly, I`m gonna have to make friends in each universities. 

Since many soaring team in other universities consists of men, I feel kind of away and can't adapt myself to them. 

I really admire my seniors doing well with other students in other universities. 

I hope I can be like them in near future. 

Northern Europe

I'm into Sweden these days. Sweden is an English (+ Swedish) speaking country located in north of Europe. My friend, who's good at photographing, currently lives in Sweden and his photos he posts on facebook are always so nice! His photos of the northern lights are stunningly beautiful!!! The more I see his photos the more I want to visit.  Houses are colourful and cute, it's rich in nature, you can see the northern lights in winter, and Swedish culture is nice especially during Christmas time. Streets are ideal and beautiful. If you take street pictures in Japan, it's kind of just boring and not interesting at all, right? 

The total amount of money needed to travel Sweden will be so high. It's not like traveling South Korea or somewhere near Japan...

I have to overcome this obstacle.
