Otaku culture video

I agreed with almost of the definitions but cannot agree with the explanation about burikko.  In the video, it said that burikko is a women around 30 or 40 or more older who acts to be like a pretty girl.  But I think that there are young burikkos in Japan.  When I was in elementary school, I had a burikko friend.
Otaku culture is now popular in many countries.  It will be nice if foreign people get more and more interested in Japan.
