Tohoku no Shingetsu
Shingetsu is a new moon in English. we cannot see a new moon.
the reason why Linda Ohama chose Shingetsu as a title of her film is that she wanted to try to describe something
invisible in her film. The struggles people in Tohoku experienced in 2011 are something we never can understand and
see. Shingetsu is the struggles of the victims of earthquake
in 2011.
