United States, in the present.

Conflict
Ronald Mcdonald, a criminal in the movie, is chased by the police.
During the car chase, he kills many people.
In the end a huge earthquake happens, and destroys the world.

Musics
The music used in the movie is used in ironical way.
Although the world in the movie is in chaos by the earthquake, the song sings
"I DON'T WANT TO SET THE WORLD ON FIRE".
