I was really impressed after watching this video. I realzed how I am blesssed.
In English, Shingetsu means new moon. So I think the reason why the author used this term is that we have to think about not only the things we can see but also we can not see because Shingetsu is impossible to see. I don't know what the author really wanted to tell us and the answer, but I came to think and thank to what I can not see in my eyes.

Tohoku no shinggetsu
In my opinion, the director of tohoku no shinggetsu named the title because despite the struggles that the victims of the tragedy experienced physically and emotiolly, they still havent lose hope and some of them must face a new life which in other words "new moon" without their love ones that they lost during the tragedy.

Book report
My second book on the report is going to be "I, Robot". The biggest reason why I chose this book is that it has its movie version which Will Smith is acting a main rule in it. Probably I've watched it when I was about 10, I do not have any memory about its story. So this time, I would like to read the book and watch the movie again.

Shingetsu means new moon in English. I think the reason why she named her film about Tohoku as she might wanted people who watched it to feel about something important which is invisible. Even though other people try to understand the situation or feelings of victims of the earthquake, they can't understand completely because they did not exactly experience the disaster. As the Jesus Christ says, visible things are limited yet invisible things exist forever. That is why we people suffer the emotional pain even if we get back our daily life after such disasters.

Yesterday, it was snow day. It's some strange and for the first time in 45 years in Tokyo. Before I really like to snow ,so when it's snow day, i was really excited and play with my friends a lot. However I don't like it. I don't know why.

Today, I went to eat yakiniku with my family where two of my friends work as a part time job. They are friends from my elementary school, so my parents also knew them very well. It was kind of funny because my mum was so happy to see them more than I was! The food was so nice and their service was amazing:) I hope I can go and visit them soon again!

Last Sunday,I started Japanese Calligraphy leesson. However I had already leaned it for 12 years, I quited it because of the study for the entrance examination. I was haappy to go there and meet the teacher again. I like the atmosphere of the lesson and the smell of the black japanse ink. I would like obtain promotion, so I would like to continue it as long as possible even after getting ages.

After 3 years it occured, our family went to Tohoku for sightseeing. But it had not recovered at all, the remains of houses that were carried away by tsunami were still a lot. it's snowy!
When I woke up in the morning, it snowed and I was surprized because the news said previous snow in November is the winter of 1962. That is 54 years ago! Maybe this is very rare experience!

Linda Ohama's talk about her movie and the earthquake hit northern Japan in 2011 was really moved me. I knew that how miserable the disaster was through the news but her perspective was so unique because she stayed the damaged area for long period of time and she got the opportunity to get to know directly how the people there felt, or thought. This made her movie moving and impressive.
I think the meaning of "shingetsu" is the power of people. The new moon is invisible but that is the start of the road to the full moon. The people of Tohoku never gave up and tried to rebuild their lives. The revival of Tohoku is still going on and someday, I suppose she thinks they will definitely revive their hometown.

But it was not just earthquale, nuclear power problem was also happen. It was difficult for most students to go home because of traffic confusion and aftershock.
I surprised that big earthquake happened after a long time yesterday. When I think about people in Tohoku, my heart aches a lot.
We should not forget this experience and learn from it. I thought that this movie is a good way
to let people know about eaethquake disaster "2011,3,11".

reading comic books
Recently I watched a movie with friend, and she recommended me to read the original comic of the movie. I started reading it on Sunday, and it is so interesting and exciting. I don't often read comics, but once I started reading, I am going into them. I am one of the fun of Japanese comics. I think even it is comic, reading paper is important part of my life.

I bought a new camera few weeks ago and I enjoy taking photograph these days. The camera that I bought is called Lomography, which can makes me take analogue photos. It is so creative and I like it very much!
My cousin is living in Fukushima
I thought that the earthquake was just a dream but then when I tuned on the tv and saw the news, I was shocked because the earthquake really happened for real. I quickly contacted by cousin in Fukushima and asked her if she's okay and she said she was but she got dizzy because of the shake. Thank God nothing bad happened to her and theres no casualties for now.

Disney sea

My dog

I practice the jazz piano for a while but it's really hard!
First of all, you have to memorize several forms of each chords. This is really complicated. shopping with father
Last Sunday, I went shopping to the Laketown in Koshogaya,Saitama, with my father. The reason I went with him was that just he was free. I used to go out with my father when I was young because my mother worked weekends, so the shopping reminded me my youth. The only thing that is different from when I was younger was that I drove the car on the way to the shopping mall and to home. Anyway, it was more enjoyable than I had thought.

Graduate Ceremony
Our senior of ESS club graduated the day before yesterday.
I still can't believe that they graduated. All of them were really kind to me, so I want them to stay club. Every senior did great speech for us and I decided that I I'll perticipate in activities more activily!! I hope I could meet them before long.

outlet shopping centre
Yesterday, I went to Minami Osawa outlet shopping centre to get some warm clothes on sale. It took about 40 minutes to get there by rapid train from Shibuya, which was less than I thought. There were quite a lot of shops and restaurants, i had so much fun passing through every shop. I had pizza for dinner which was also good.

I'm now in 7th floor of 7th building of Aogaku. I can see yellowed trees from the window in front of me. It is so beautiful. I don't like winter because of this coldness, but I think landscapes are so beautiful. but still ginkgo nuts smell bad....

Last Thursday
Last Thursday, I ate lunch with my friends at a restaurant which was specialized in risotto. It was the first time to go out to eat unless we are on good terms. In order to celebrate one of them, the rest and I asked a clerk for preparing decorated sweets. When a clerk gave her, she was very surprised and looked happy. I was glad to see that. I want to keep the good teams among them in future.

I really felt the relief when mr. Armstrong said there will be no media discussion next week. Im so excited for next friday because Airi invited me for lunch somewhere in Shibuya so I think its going to be a great weekend next week :)

On November 14 and 15, at Aoyama Gakuin Astudio, my club hold a musical. The title is "Highjack the flight to the Heaven (天国行き、ジャックします。)".The story and the music is all original. I and the members of club are practicing everyday these days. I'm already so exhausted, but at the same time, I'm so exited. I won't perform, but I'm proud of being a member of this company. In December, another play is gonna be held. Preparing two plays is so tough thing but I will overcome it. So please come and see this musical!!! I promise you can spend great time at Astudio. It starts at 6:50 P.M. each day, and tickets is free! Please ask me anything :)
Christmas is coming.
I have a part-time job at cafe. These days, BGMs are Christmas songs there. I always feel Christmas even though it will come after one more month. Christmas is coming! so I need to think what I want as Christmas present, and what I want to do. By the way, I'm living near to Yomiuri land. It is amusement park, and it is decorated by illumination. It's so good. I recommend you around Christmas day.
Festival at Hosei university
Last Saturday and Sunday, I had dance stage. I really enjoyed it. A week before that, I had a dance stage at Aosai too. So I practiced dance a lot. But I have 3 dance stages next month. So I have to keep practicing hard.

Like what happened in this film, if we look around more, we could face a novel situatons, which will take us to a place we have never been before. Yesterday was my birthday. Because November 3 is usually a public holiday, it was unusual for me to come to scool and meet my friends on my birthday. During the time between 2nd period and 5th period, I went to school festival at Sophia University. There, I met my friends from high school, and they wished me a happy birthday. Then, after finishing th IE class in 5th period, my friends from IE class celebrated my birthday! That was so sweet of them:) So, I would like to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday!

I think the theme of this story is that pay more attention to our close things. We often take our situation for granted and forget appropriating to them. In this story, almost all the characters forget the existence around them and went selfish. So we have to be aware of existence around us and appropriate them for their supports.

So in my opinion, the theme is, it is important to pay attention to the surroundings and we may see things that we cannot usually see in our daily lives and we should do something about it because we will not know that we are the one who can only help them.

Today I went to Starbucks to drink new seasonal flavor with my friend. It is named "snow pecan nuts frappuccino." It was tasty. There are a lot of sirup on the bottom. So when you drink it, don't forget to mix. Please try it!

Last weekend, Aoyama university festival was held. I'm not belong to any club, so I don't have my job that day. I wanted to go there. However, on Froday, it was raining, it was so cold. So I didn't go there. On Saturday and Sunday, I had part time jobs. I had never been to school festival since attending university. I try to go there again ext year! I hope I can go.
My father's birthday
It was my father's birthday yesterday. I bought some cakes for him to surprise him. He looked happy to be celebrated. He said, "I don' want to age." I hope that he will live long and healthy.

I had such a great time at the school festival. I performed a dance in front of many people and it was so exciting!!! Some of my friends came to see me and that made me so happy. I also went to see Yoshihiko's dance performance and it was so cool.

I think the theme of this video is to do something for the others. In this video, people looked very busy and never cared about the others, only passing by, even if the distance was near. It warns we tend to focus on the tasks and shut down the things which is not related to ourselves. The man helped the machine which nobody was cared about and he searched its home together,which is thought to be unusual. So, I think this video tried to tell us that the importance of cooperation.

Snowboard
I might wrote about this topic in older post, but the time for snowboardign is coming, and I want to snowboard as soon as possible. My motivation is getting higher s the time have passed. I want to buy the new board for this season, so I am thinking of which board will I buy.

I think the topic of the lost thing is importance of having pure heart. These days, we are all too busy living our lives and we don't really see the world with pure heart. It is important to have a space in our heart to look around the world more carefully so that we would be able to see something wonderful.
Part time job
I did my part time job after five period. Today's five class finished so early,so I can go to shibuya with my friend. Today, there were few staff but a lot of customer came our store, so it's really busy.

Halloween
I went to Roppongi with my friends in halloween costume on October 29. Actually, I don't like the atmosphere in shibuya, so I prefer Roppongi area. Our costume is like priest and we were took by many people on the street. And we stayed up all night at here. I exhausted so well and I was asleep till 1pm, so I couldn't go to school festival lol.
Concert
Yesterday I went to Yokohama arena with a friend of mine to enjoy a concert held by f(x). f(x) is a group from korea that consists of 4 females. They are so multiple group. One is Korean, another is Chinese, another is Korean American and the other is Taiwanese American.
Not only the concert, but also I really enjoyed meeting my friend. So I am really glad.
My favorite soccer team
Today, there were the final match of J league this year, and my favorite team called Urawa Reds defended the first place of the ranking. My family has been a big fan of the team for a long time, so we're so happy! There will be a final tournament to be a champion this year.

Although the strange, doglike creature looks inappropriate for the man's city and is treated as a foreign body, the man took it to its bright, comfortable place for the lost thing.
I think it means that everything has an suitable place and role, even if you cannot be suited to your community or society. When the lost thing found the place, the room was filled with great vigor. But in fact, we usually have a hard time trying to find the most suitable place, just like the eccentric man who couldn't make full use of his talent.

Finally, November started. These days it's very cold and temperatures difference is intense afternoon and night. So it's hard to choose my clothes in every morning. I wanna buy some sweaters and outerwear.

Halloween
I didn't join in the costume parade in Shibuya, but I heard the news that the road was jammed with cheerful people in Halloween costumes.
I was relieved to hear that they were well-mannerd about the issue of trash or noise.
Frankly speaking, I think that Japanese people are good at introducing foreign customs to Japan. It makes Japanese custom more original because they completely adapt foreign events, and then adopt it as a whole original one like Japanese Halloween.

School festival
We had school festival last weekend. In my circle, we sold fried spring rolls, held a ghost house and made exhibition. My role was to explain people what our circle is and how we act in the exhibition space. It was the first school festival for me, so I was surprised to see a lot of people in my university. I was excited very much.
