Help!!


Hi guys!!!! 
It's my first time posting and I'm a little nervous...😶

Anyways, I have been having sore throat and my voice became so raspy that I sound like an old person speaking😭 
I already took a medication but do any of you guys have a good suggestion to fix sore throats??? 

Please let me know!!! :)
