So today, me and Kaho went to the school's gym orientation and it made me realize, again, how important working out or just being physically active is! Working out does not only helps you to be fit and have a perfect body but it also prevents you from having serious diseases.
What I learned today (random lol😝)... 1kg is equal to 7200kcal!! So if there is anyone who wants to lose weight... working out alone won't do, you have to pair it with a healthy diet!
