A really good summary of the plot of The Lost Thing by Haruka, "One day, a man found a strange creature at the beach but other people didn't
care about it so the man decided to take care of it. He tried to find where the
creature belongs to and finally, he found a place where many strange creatures
live."
and Rena H. has given me a new perspective on the movie, commenting that "The lost thing represents the discovery in the childhood. I think the author
is criticizing the indifference of adults." Great.
