Apology

 My computer was nott working well and I couldn't`t write on the blog until yesterday evening. I am sorry for the delay. I will make sure to write other ones in time before today's IE class starts.

My pen that can't write on paper

Good evening everyone, if someone is still awakeヾ(´▽｀)ｼ
I've been awake 'til now because I was drawing on my computer.
I have this tool called the Pen Tablet which makes me easier to write and draw using digital canvas.
Obviously, you can't write with it on the actual paper.
It works just like a real pen on the computer screen, but it's just a unique mouse if you don't write or draw.
You can use it for clicking, dragging and so on just like the ordinary mouse, but isn't it pointless to just hold a pen and don't write?

TSUTAYA in Machida

Today, I dropped in at TSUTAYA in Machida to look for the video for my book report. Then, there I came across Koki!! Koki, are you living in Machida? I'm living there, but a bit far from the TSUTAYA.haha Also, is there anyone living in Machida?

ummm,,, depends on teachers.
two my teachers were great, they taught us many useful things.
one of them was awful. she was just reading...nope, pronouncing the sentences.


No. 2        Should we change high school English education or not ? and why?
personally, no--we have no need to change it.
I think what we must change is the JUKEN system. We must memorize a lot of english (boring) sentences or words, with no means. and they're not even useful!
I know it is important to know the words or sentences, but awwww. please. not that way.

I saw your post, and I'm sorry but I'm going to answer the first question only.
I'm super sleepy.... haha
But I really feel like answering the first question, so.

I enjoyed one of my English classes so much.
The reason was because the teacher was great.
He knew so many things about English. Slang words, phrases and so many!

He also supported me so much when I needed help.
I always asked what I should do to improve my English, or how to correct my mistakes.
He recommended me many useful books, textbooks, newspapers, and he told me so many interesting way of saying things or expressing your emotion in words.

I'm really bad at grammar, but I didn't notice that until he told me.

I think teachers really give influence to students.
That's really true, because, would you like the subject if the teacher isn't good at teaching, or doesn't support you?

Commute time to school

It takes me two hours to commute to school :(
I wish I had DOKODEMO DOOR like Doreamon.
A hour increase in sleep span will help a lot.

English Linguistic Overview

I  had  a class which is entitled English Linguistic Overview.
Everyone seemed  encouraged to study hard.
**No one would sleep in that class.

Mr.Tonoike is at home with English linguistics,especially universal grammar.
He spoke at the black greenboad,but it was very charming.

Tomorrow most students of I・E　3　have a class of English History.
The instructor, Yamanouti Kazuyosi  delivers a interesting lesson,and he use the phrase"please share!" as a cliche.The word Share in verb has a very interesting meaning.

I bought bubble gum

When I was searching some way to keep awake on google, I found that spicy bubble gum would help you keep awake, so I just bought it this morning. I believe it's working, though I fell asleep during a class today!

it was about 2 octopuses that want to be together but cant because a trucker kidnaps one.

No class!

Today, I had no class so I went to the high school which I graduated.
Drama club had a stage today!
I was really impressed because it was incredible!
I liked the music!
and electrician did very well (*^^*)

Also, I talked with the teacher who was in charge of my class when I was at 3rd grade!
He said that he can`t remember his new class member.
And he laughed at me when I said that I was having a good time at university!

I'm still in train right now!

I'm in Shibuya right now because I had a practice in badminton club and after that,I teached English to my friends in the club at family restaurant. I'm very happy that I could help her! TSUTAYA

Today, I have no class, so I went to TSUTAYA that is near my house. However, I got lost and it took more than 30 minutes to get TSUTAYA!! I'm tired.

Two more days to weekend

I just can't wait till this weekend!!
I'm going to go to see a play "beauty and the beast" by Gekidanshiki with my friends in English Newspaper club, after the activity in Aoyama campus.
And on Sunday, I will go shopping with my friend.
Also, most of assignments that is due to next week had been already done, so I must really enjoy it!!

My Wednesday

Today I don't have any lectures so I did many assignments:the Book Report, the interaction, the Media Discussion and the Categorical Essay.

From now, I will begin reading books, which I borrowed from the AGU library.
One of them is about Japanese history and the other is about Grimm's fairy tale.

Oh! I have something forgot. I have to wash my clothes by washing machine.
I forgot completely about that.

My Golden Week

My Golden Week was terrible!!! I suffered from influenza. During the GW, I was in Hokkaido but I couldn't step out of my room.
I was bored, so I watched season1 of Ugly Betty! It was enjoyable.

I think I got cold. My throat sore, and I have little stomachache. But its lucky cuz I have no class tomorrow!

school

Finally I am getting used to this university. I know where my classes are, but I'm still having some trouble remembering the teachers' name because there is so many. But now I am used to 90 minute classes and I am getting used to the reports I need to make for classes. Now I can make a schedule because I  figured out when I have time and when I don't. Now that I can make a schedule I can do many things I couldn't do when I first came here. I'm staring to enjoy this university very much.

I can't keep awake

Recently, I sleep a lot during classtime. I'm not trying to sleep. The next moment, I realize myself sleeping and 30minutes or 40 minutes have passed.

Mermaid

My idea about the movie "Mermaid"

Character: A boy who likes imagining things, A Fish(Mermaid)
Setting: 1940's(before World War Ⅱ broke out), in a country where imagination is illegal.
Conflict: The boy loved the mermaid that he created in his mind, but as it was illegal, the government tried to stop him doing it.
Climax: When he ran away from the prizon and eascaped to the sea.
Theme: The restriction of human rights during the war time.


My critique:
The part that his parents brought him to police shocked me. I guess this movie wants to tells us how the human rights were lightened  in war time. Even the parents chose not to advocate his son but to obey the rules made by government, which is that imagination was prohibited. The last scene, the boy was swimming away with his imaginary mermaid, was not imagination. His imagination became true. Tezuka wanted to say that miracle really does happen. As this story is a fiction, he really wanted to respect the power of imagination and its huge influence.

wow, I'm way behind. This is my guess about the short movie.

Character: Yellow octopus (Male), Pink octopus(Female), Driver(Italian restaurant chef)
Setting: A fish market in Italy, in 1990's
Conflict: 2 octopuses love each other but they face hardships. In the movie the female one was bought by a driver(chef) and being brought to a restaurant.
Climax: The part that the driver drove into the ocean.
Theme: Love faces many difficulties but overcomes them in the end

My thoughts about this movie:
I think this shows the nature of  humanbeing. The most desirous thing for us is "Love". Although we have a lot of things that bothers the relationship betweeen our lovers, we can overcome it if we really have true love. The octopuses have done nothing bad and without any reasons they were caught by human. This also tells us the importance of the life. Even octopus, the symbol of evil or devil, has family to love, and we eat the animals' lives every day. We really need to appreciate it more.

I tried to polish furniture in may house and I succeeded.
But a little bit smell is fruity...

The climax is that the students parents came over to his house and this film wanted to tell us that we should not waste things we don't have to waste.

The Concise Oxford Dictionary  is called COD or CODE.
Surprisingly,it has been published for 100 years,one century!!!

I have taken interest in English dictionaries,but I cannot remember what is written on the dictionaries very much.

Sweet days ………the name of my tissue box. I wonder what kind of person named this. Did he or she wanted to give us a sweet day by using tissues? According to the back it means that we are covered by flowers. Kind of strange. Well never mind. I wish Mitsuyasu remembers all of our names by summer holidays……

Banana ：）

Two man were having a large party and all the rooms and floors were messed up. They had to clean up because one of the man's parents were coming but they don't have much time left.Then the man with the beard told the other man how to clean and polish by using banana skins so they used banana skins to clean all over the house. In the end, they were managed to finish it before the time.
At first, I thought they were brothers but I noticed that they aren't in the middle of the film because there was a memo "party" on the calender and at the end they were waving hands.
I think the man with the beard loves banana and he thought that the banana skins can use for something instead of wasting them.
I think this film is saying that banana skins can use to clean many things in many ways and it is really good to reuse things.
