about mermaid and octopus

it was about 2 octopuses that want to be together but cant because a trucker kidnaps one.
i thought it was very cute.

It was about a boy who imagined things but was not allowed to by his country.He thinks of something great but is forced to forget it and by the end he can't remember what it was.
i think the boy was crazy but he was happy at the end.
