The fan and the flower

The story took place in a room, where there was a lonely fan. A flower was brought to the room but the problem was that there was some distance between them. The climax comes when the flower starts drying and dying. The fan spins faster than it can and opens up a hole in the ceiling, so that the rain can give water to the flower. 
The theme is love. I think the fan represented the cycle of life.
