The two octopuses loved each other. They were dancing in the water tank. Suddenly, only a female octopus was picked by the man and took away with him by his car. The male octopus thought his girl friend were going to be cooked, so he ran after the car which got on her and he tried to save her. The two succeeded to run away together. However the man was persistent and ran after the two octopuses. He managed to catch them, but they fled again. The man went mad and tried to catch the two hard, but finally he couldn't and crashed into the sea. Though the story seemed to come to a happy ending, the male octopus was caught by a bird that time. His girlfriend saw that, and poised to jump on the bird so as to beat the bird. The story finished then. I think she succeeded to attack the bird and help him.

Transgendered people in Thailand
I think the actual rate of transgender people is the same in any countries. There are just so many people who regard themselves as transgendered and have told that to the world in Thailand. In the countries where transgendered people do not have the same rights as non-transgender people or many people have biased view against them, ones may hesitate to give out that they are transgendered even if they know that they are. Furthermore, ones who do not know what transgender is can not regard themselves as transgendered even if they feel uncomfortable with their bodies. There are many transgender people in Thailand, because they have the same rights as other people and many of them are open-minded to them.
2) What do you think about transgendered people and their civil rights?
I think that transgendered people basically have to be given the same rights as other ones. However, it can cause difficult problems in some cases, for example, adaptation. In countries where many people have a prejudice against them, a child who has been adopted as a family member of a transgendered couple may not be treated well in society or school. Therefore, these problems have to be treated carefully.
I hope that studies on transgender people will be more developed in order to let them have many ways to solve their concerns.
About Transgender in Thailand
I think Thailand is flexible and accept transgender people. People in Thailand may don't have prejudice for transgender people. Or government in Thailand may make a system that accept transgender people, so there are so many transgender people in Thailand.
2)What do you think about transgender people and their civil rights?
I think transgender people should be given their civil rights. Some Japanese people have prejudice for transgender people, but they are the same people. It's a bad thing not to think of people, so I think it's not bad to exist transgender people in society, and they should be given their civl rights.
about transgender people in Thailand
I think the reason there are many transgender people in Thailand is related to the idea about transgender. In Japan, most people think that transsexualism is a kind of illness. However, most people in Thailand don't think so. Thanks to this idea, many transgender people can live comfortably in Thailand.
2) What do you think about transgender and their civilization?
Many Japanese people may think that transgender is not related to them. Although I think transsexualism is a kind of illness, I don't think transgender people is strange. In order that they can live more comfortably, we should deepen our understanding of transgender.

about transgender people in Thailand
When I was watching TV one day , the topic of that TV program was about Thailand. There are so many facilities and comfortable places to live for those people. Also, in 2007, sexual rights activists in Thailand came together as a coalition to demand that their right to be included in the new constitution. Their demand included the rights to non-discrimination, same-sex marriage and inheritance rights for same-sex couples. These rights help transgendered people to live comfortably. That's why there are so many of them in Thailand.
2)What do you think about transgender people and their civil rights?
At first, when I know about transgender people, I thought they were a little strange. But now, I think there are no difference between them and normal people. They spend their time like we do everyday. However, many countries are not accept those people like Thailand do. I hope someday a lots of transgendered people can live wherever they want.

About transgender people in Thailand
I think the proportion of transgender should almost be the same in every country all over the world. The reason why it looks like there are many transgender in Thailand is because transgender in Thailand have more courage to show themselves. In other country like Japan or China, transgender always hide deeply and try to act like normal person. They are afraid of discrimination from others, but in Thailand people are more receptible about these things.
2) What do you think about transgender people and civil right?
Being a transgender is not something they can choose or control. I think there are no difference between them and other women, so they should be treated just like others. May be it needs some time to let other people accept them, just like gay. At first gay people weren’t be treated equitable too, but now they were accepted by most people.
About transgender people in Thailand
I haven't heard this fact, so I didn't know why. I researched in Internet and learned about this. Thailand is Buddhist country and the maternal society. Although there are discrimination awareness a little, people in Thailand are tolerant about transgender and homosexual love. There are many drag queens. A sex change operation is legal and Thailand accepts many patients.
2) What do you think about transgender people and their civil right?
I think transgender people aren't the problem. Human's thought and feeling are various. And transgender people may be distressed about it. We don't have the reason we dislike those people. And we have to respect their right. Although they are transgender people, they are human the same as us. We mustn't discriminate them any more.

About transgender people in Thailand
Reading a book
Transgender people in Thailand
Recently, I often see Thailand on TV because of the occurrence of a flood and I realized that Thai prime minister is female. From this, I guessed the reason why there are so many transgenser people in Thailand is related to women's status and I gathered information on the Internet. I found that most transgender people are man-to-female transsexuals. It is said that females have a will to work more than males, so some of males admire being female in Thailand. It is also said that many couples divorce in Thailand and males who was raised his mother feel respect for females. The reason is that males have aspirations for females and that Thai people are generous and open for gender.
2 What do you think about transgender people and civil rights?
I think we should accept transgender people. It is hard to be different appearance from mind. Transgender people are ill, so to speak. We should help them. I think civil rights are indications of approval, so they are so necessary.

About transgender people in Tailand
I think it's because most people in Thailand accept transgender people. In Japan, we don't understand these people well, and those people don't assert themselves. On the other hand, their existence is natural and they are hardly discriminated in Thailand so they can live without hiding their true natures.
2)What do you think about transgender people?
I think there is not so mush difference between me and transgender people. Though I don't have friends or acquaintances who are transgender, I can be on good terms with them if I have. I hope not only Thailand but also many other countries become confortable for these people to live.
Transgender in Thailand
I think there're so many transgender people in the world, but some of them don't confide that.
I guess in Thailand, people understand about transgender. That country is comfortable for transgender people, so they confide their real gender.
2) What do you think about transgender people and civil right?
There're some transgender people in Japan as well. They can change their body and their gender in family registration. They can live their life as a man or a women. But there's still some probrem. To be operated, they need much money. They have to get the money on their own, but that's not so easy. They need a right to get support to be operated.

My part-time job
Today, I'll tell you about my part-time job.
I've worked as a teacher at a cram school in Fuchinobe since this July. I teach jounior high school students English, math and social studies now.
At first, I was upset a lot and I don't know how to approach them. But now, I get used to teaching and I and students become very friendry. Since my cram shool is far from Fuchinobe station, I have to take a lot of time to get there. And after the work, I have to go home and do housework, too. I'm always tired the day of job. But my students are very meek and pretty! Their smiles always make me happy. I love them and this job very much :)
Teaching is very difficult job, but I'll do my best from now on. And I want to be "charisma" teacher!!

Transgendered people
About transgender people
According to informations which I searched on the Web, Thailand is a Buddhist country and a matrilineal society. That's why Thailand is tolerant of transgender people. Also, transsexual surgery is legal, so technique of surgery is better than any other country. For these reason, transgender people of other countries come to Thailand more and more, so I think there are many people in Thailand.
(2) What do you think about transgender people and civil right?
I think transgender people should be accepted by the public. I have once seen transgender people curiouly, but now I don't definitely see them like that. Recently, there are meny transgender people who express themselves confidently. I think it's very good. If many transgender people do that, it becomes easy for them to live in public still more. Transgender is personality, so I think it is a matter of course that their civil rights should be approved.

Transgender people in Thailand
I think Thai is broad-mindedness to transgendered people. Thailand has a right for them so they can open their true aspects. In japan if someone is transgendered, he/she can't even tell this things to their own parents because transgender isn't socially accepted widely. Many other country may also have many transgendered people but they don't have right created by country for that reason they don't appear regular society so we don't see transgendered people frequently, I think. Moreover, Thai can easily take surgery of changing sex more than any other countries. Therefore Thailand has meny transgendered people.
2)What do you think about transgendered people and their civil right.
I think people have right to express ourselves. It's not good to conceal own personality so more and more many transgendered people should express their true phase. In order to realize that, including Japan many other country must establish the right for transgendered people. I heard Thai has restroom for transgendered people, this is really good. They are treated equally. Transgender is one of the individuality so society should accept them as soon as possible and we make batter society that they can work as they really are.

About transgender
Like I said before, I have lived in Thailand. I saw many transgender people. It is true that there are so many of them. There are even a show of transgender people. They look so pretty in the show. I thought they are prettier than some real women. I think the reason why there are so many of them is that the rights for them is created. Thailand is the only country. So, many transgender people feel comfortable saying that they are transgender. It is a good environment for them. No discrimination in Thailand. Also, orthopedic surgery is well advanced compared to other countries.
2) What do you think about transgender people and their civil right?
People should have the right to express themselves. I like that Thailand made this rights for transgender people. Because of this, transgender people don't have to hesitate to express themselves. This rights should be made even in Japan.
Transgender people in Thailand
I think transgender people are socially accepted in Thailand and the technology of a sex change operation is highly developed, so there are many transgender people in Thailand. Conversely, transgender people are regarded as strange ones in japan. Therefore, the people who are male but actually have girl's mind can't tell the truth that they are transgender people to others.
2) What do you think about transgender people and their civil rights?
Transgender people are not gulty and not criminal. They just wear the clothes they like and they just love a person they felt in love. We have no authority and reason to bind their life. They should live without restriction by their nations. I don't know why the nation ristricts their rights.
The nations should give them the equal rights as we have.
assignment about transgendered people
I think it is because people don't think transgendered people are peculiar in Thailand. It is easy to say "I am transgendered person," in Thailand.
While in most of the countries like Japan, a sex transformation is unfamiliar thing. Then, transgendered people are thought strange there. However, Thailand is different from these countries. That's why I answered like that.
I researched about this question on the Internet. If you are interested in it, look this!
→http://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/ and "トランスジェンダー タイ"
2) What do you think about transgendered people and their civil rights?
I think it is difficult to deal with transgender. I can't imagine that my body and mind have different thinking about gender. Transgendered people must undergo hardships, so I think they are worthy. Also, they should have their civil rights.

Tango Therapy
As I read this article, I agree to have tango therapy and I thought this is very good idea. This is because as it says on the article, tango therapy, Argentine dance has an amazing effect of reinvigorating both body and mind. This helps senile people to keep fit and dancing with opposite sex helps rejuvenate senior women. Also it enhance stimulus and it is more effective than most exercise in improving athletic functions. In my opinion, we should widen this activity to the world so as to keep senile people's mind young and stay healthy.
Good morning!

About Tango therapy
First, moving body makes them cheerful. As we become older, we tend to sit and the chance that we move is decrease. Tango isn't so hard, so they can enjoy dancing.
Second, contact with other people also makes them happy. Human can't live without other people and when we spend time with others, we feel comfortable. And elder feel it strong, I think.
From this reasons, this therapy is the good chance elder people refresh. If there are chances, I try to dance with elders. I want to make them happy and smiley.

Tango Therapy
Tango Therapy
First, I think dancing Tango is good opportunity to have seniors experience a different culture. At present, we can almost do what we want to, but I guess the past generation couldn't afford to take lessons and have several accomplishments and had engaged in their work.
Second, Tango Therapy has particular effects that cannot be seen in other exercises. Because I didn't know very much about Tango Therapy, I gathered information on the Internet. According to studies made in Washington University (EUA) , to dance Tango improves balance more than other exercises. This is because in order to make the marvelous steps, a lot of balance is necessary. There is a fact that the rhythms of Tango require a lot of coordination and it is precisely for this reason that enormous benefits are produced in patients with Parkinson's disease. For people with Alzheimer's disease, Tango Therapy is very helpful as it requires coordination and memory to learn the steps. I think, therefore, it is much better to dance Tango than to do a lot of other exercises.

About me :)
Hi, I'm Erika.
It is my first time posting.
I am going to talk about myself.
I was born in Chiba near Tokyo Disney Land.
My birthday is January 30, 1993.
I am 18 years old now.
When I was kindergarten, my parents decided to move into a bigger house.
So, we moved into Yokohama where I live now.
After few years, we had to go to Thailand because of my dad's work.
We stayed in Thailand for five years.
I was at International School. It was really fun. I enjoyed a lot.
Thailand is a warm country. I love the weather there.
Then I moved back to Yokohama.
I went to Tamagawagakuen middle school and high school.
In this IE3 class, I want to improve my English skill.
I will do my best. Thank you :)
Tango therapy
As I read this article, I thought Tango therapy is a really nice idea to stay health in some ways. First, since the tempo of tango is almost the same as walking, serotonin secretion increases when they are dancing. Serotonin is so called a happy hormone. Second, they can enjoy having contact with other people through dancing tango. Basically body contact is important for every person. However, the more people get old, the less they can have chances to be touched by others, so tango is good for such people. They are also able to have social connection while dancing in pairs. Therefore, it can be said that tango therapy is good for both physical and mental health.

about Tango therapy
Tango is not only good for their bodies but also good for their mental health because they can become close to the others by dancing with them. Moreover, the article says that tango is more effective than most exercises in improving athletic functionons. I don't like exercise because I have slow reflexes and I don't like being in a sweat, but when it comes to be tango, I'll be able to enjoy it because the dance is not so a hard movement. When I get old, I do want to tang to keep fit, alert.

About " Tango therapy"
Group dance is very popular in China. Senior people from the same community get together every night in the park or square and dance together. Unlike tango, group dance won’t let them feel uncomfortable because they are dancing with many people. Moves of group dance are very simple so that senior people won’t hurt themselves. Whatever they are a good dancer or not they all can enjoy it.

About Tango therapy
Though there is problem of negative feelings caused by touching body, if seniors feel unpleasant they should tell therapists and do other therapy. Moving body is important to prevent senility or Parkinson's disease and then contacting with each other is also important, I think. From these, this is good idea.
Therapy Of Seniors
My mother send puzzles and coloring books to my grand parents to keep them alert, but i just realized that it would only make their brain active. it wouldn't do anything on their body.
Tango would work not only on their mental but also on their body. Just like what is said in the article, seniors get their heart beat faster and may get in good spirits by dancing with young guys.
Compared to Japanese traditional dancing,Tango dancing is more like a passionate dancing and use their bodies a lot. Tango sounds unfamilar to us,but It seems like it's worth trying.
