Therapy Of Seniors

Having read the article, I think it's a pretty good idea to help seniors stay heathly by dancing Tango. I've never came up with an idea that dancing Tango would be the good exercise for seniors though.
My mother send puzzles and coloring books to my grand parents to keep them alert, but i just realized that it would only make their brain active. it wouldn't do anything on their body.
Tango would work not only on their mental but also on their body. Just like what is said in the article, seniors get their heart beat faster and may get in good spirits by dancing with young guys.
Compared to Japanese traditional dancing,Tango dancing is more like a passionate dancing and use their bodies a lot. Tango sounds unfamilar to us,but It seems like it's worth trying.
