who- a black and white colored animal which looks like a skunk

what's the problem- the town became full of buildings and other man-made things, and there were no nature anymore
how is the problem solved- the only sprig the main character got spread out, and outside, jellyfish looking objects with green fields were created in the air
how does it end- the objects captured creatures living on the planet, including the main character
message- we have to preserve nature, not only thinking of our convenience
