December 25, my friends and I holded Christmas Party. We made dinner and christmas cakes. I made Insalata Caprese firstly. I used cheese made from milk of a water buffalo. This cheese is used at my work place. I love this cheese. Secodly, I made macha moosse. I learned this recipe from a chef of my work place. It was a first time for me to made it. Although I worried about the taste, all of my friends said to me it was delicious. I was so happy to hear that.
Lastly, we made tow christmas cakes. Left one is made by me. Right one is made by boys. I couldn't stop laughing when I see the cake.
