Something like home

The meaning of the title:
For the four people being interviewed, their home(Syria) is no longer an option to live because of the war. They have to put up with a place like home(Syria) but not the actual home. The title expresses the feeling of them missing their home country and what they faced through the years.

The message:
All four of them were a Syrian( one of them were a Iraqi living in Syria) refugee who had to run away from their home. They survived learning language and it is important to learn a language to break the language barrier in order to communicate with people from other cultures.

The problem and the solution:
All of the people interviewed did not get any support from the government to get an education but managed to overcome their struggles through war in different ways. You should have a proper language education in order to survive, and express feelings, which is free and accesible throughout the world.

Summary:

Four Syrian refugee had to get away from home because the war begun and it was no longer safe to live where they originally live. They shared their stories of their challenges and the stories were all different. What all of the stories had in common was that they survived with language education. Learning a language can reach people`s heart and is free and accesible.
