Something like home

The message of the title
The title “Something like home implies that the refugees dont consider their current homes satisfying enough. They must be trying to fit in the circumstances, but they cannot fully accept it.
The message
Language barriers are the difficulty they need to overcome.
The problem and the solution
The problem they encounter is language barriers which make them hardly communicate with people around them. To solve this serious problem, they have to learn how to use the language that is spoken in which they start living.
Summary

They say they love studying. I find that we, living in Japan and the refugees in the video have a quite different viewpoint on language besides their mother languages. We learn second foreign language for maybe our job opportunity or curiosity, however they do in order to stay alive. Non-mother-language acquisition plays a significant role in surviving in the new places.
