Summary
Ronald McDonald, the criminal on the loose, was traced by Michelin policemen. McDonald killed some of the character on his way and suddenly an earthquake happened. The continent split apart and there followed a long shot showing the view of the galaxy infiltrated by logos.
Theme
This short film is full of sarcasm. Michelin men are fat and round shaped, they had coke and fried chicken for lunch which can be often seen in dramas for policemen. The donkey and elephant, which represents the Democratic Party and the Republic Party are locked in the zoo. More over, Ronald McDonald stumbled over the logo of Weight-Loser when the earthquake happened.I also did not realized how our daily life is infiltrated by logos. It does not seem that messed up in real life, but when hundreds of logos are put together into one short film, the chaotic and noisy image of the roads and stores has stayed in my mind since the first time I watched it.
