Showers
I got convinced in to taking a shower at night after hearing these facts. Taking a shower at night before you go to bed helps dilates blood vessels making more blood and oxygen flow through the body. Releases muscular tension and keeps the body relaxed and comfortable. It keeps the bed clean and better smelling longer too.
