My life had been very busy in the last few weeks.
After starting my new life waking up at four thirty in the morning, I haven't had enough sleep.
I only slept for three hours in average, and during the daytime, I feel dizzy all the time.
I can't have a good quality of sleep because of the pressure that I have to wake up very early in the morning.
I know that I have to change my lifestyle but I still haven't found a solution to it.
I wonder how many hours everyone's sleeping.
