Love at first sight

This short film takes place roughly 40 years ago in a neighborhood in Spain. Its presented in a third person view and the conflict is between a man and a woman. There were quite a few symbols throughout the film, but the most notable would be the change of color when the man first sees the woman, portraying the concept of 'love at first sight' quite perfectly. Throughout the whole film the man keeps on trying to impress the girl to no avail, and gives up. The man stands by a counter in a coffee shop, looking clearly heartbroken, and right as things seemed lost, the woman comes along and holds his hand. This scene serves as the climax as well as an irony to the whole film, revealing that the woman too, had feelings towards the man all along. I believe the moral of story is that no matter how forlorn things may seem, there is always some hope left.
