Mermaid

The main characters in this film was a boy and a fish which turns into a mermaid in the boys imagination. The story took place at a town near a sea. The problem is that the government in his town does not allow free belief or imagination. People thought he was insane calling a fish a mermaid and locks him in some place. The boy keeps claiming that is's a mermaid but on the other hand, people forces him to believe that it's just a fish. At the end, the boy escapes from the pace and gets his fish and goes in the ocean together.
I think that the author wanted to tell us how happy we should be, having the freedom of our imagination. Because like this film, people were restricted to do the things we're allowed right now.
