Love at first sight

This story takes place in a town of Spain. In the story, a man starts living in his first apartment, where he finds a beautiful woman who lives a apartment in front of his apartment. He tries to approach her by changing his close to richer, reading books, writing a letter to her and exercising. But she does not recognize him, and sadly he finds that she has a boyfriend. In the end of the story, he was in a caffe, and the woman comes in there, and then he started singing. She realized that it's him because he was singing in his apartment other day. She finds him from the sound and sits next to him and then grabs his hand.  Finally, he realized that she is a blind. I think that the theme of this story is that don't give up until the end.
