Mermaid

The main character of this story is a boy who is imaginative. He thinks that a fish is a mermaid. The boy lives in a country where imagination is not allowed. One day, he gets arrested by the police for imagining that a fish is a mermaid. police gives him a punishment and makes him forget about the mermaid but he didn't. In the end, he escapes from the prison and meets that fish(mermaid).  He goes to the sea with her and he also becomes a mermaid and swims into the sea. in this clip, I think Tezuka Osamu wanted to tell us nowdays, adult regulates children's imagination. It is important to imagine.
