This is America

Summary

An African-American singer is singing and dancing to describe what is going on in the United States. He kills a guy and then a group of African-American people during the music. Chaos of crimes was happening behind the singing and dancing, and that was uncontrollable.

Symbols

The singer's dancer: The media trying to hide the reality.

The child taking the gun carefully: The care people have with guns, but don't have with human race.

Children with phones: How the time changed.

White horse: Heroin

Old American cars: A symbol that America didn't"t change, and continues to have racism.

Irony

Some people has more care with guns than with the human life.

The media, which should show us the truth often try to hide it.

Even people in the Church are not safe.

Theme

Racism still happens in the U.S., and guns have been used without control. Those bad things are happening, but nothing has been done to deal with it.
