Summary
The main character, Stanley Pickle is an introvert that lives in his closed world full of his wind-up mechanics he has formed in order to make his life consistent and comfortable. However, one day Stanley acknowledges a girl from outside his window and his comfort zone slowly corrupts. He finds out that this bird of which the girl enjoyed company with has passed away so Stanley modifies the bird in order to make her happy but sadly the operation does not go to plan. This is when sudden realization stricks Stanley that somethings are beyond repair and not everything can be fixed.

No matter how hard and heartbreaking it might be there is always an end to things and you have to accept it or else you can’t move on to enjoy your life. People at the time may think that consistency is everything but in reality, nothing is promised and nothing can last forever.
