A boy falls in love with the mermaid.
Police is after the boy.
Q3. What do they want?
The boy wants to live with the mermaid but his father thinks he's gone mad and the police is after the boy. He was sent to the mental hospital (?) and they tried to make him forget about the mermaid.
Q4. What's the conflict?
A boy sees a fish but eventually he sees it as a mermaid. He took it home and shows it to his parents. However, his father only sees a little fish swimming in a tank and realizes that his son has gone mad. The police starts chasing him and forces him to go into a mental hospital.
Q5. What is the setting? (Not quite sure)
Somewhere near the sea that does not exist.
Q6. What happens at the end? (I didn't really get the ending and I don't quite remember)
He finally gets out of the mental hospital and meets the mermaid again. They walk into the sea and they both look happy. However, the fact that he was not accepted and treated as if he was crazy, he seemed very sad.
