I made an apple cake. It was pretty easy making with pancake mix. It
took less than an hour. The cake was bit too sugary but it's still nice.
It is convenient to buy dish at shops when have no time for cooking but I try making meal by myself
because it’s cheaper. Also, when I do cooking, I concentrate on
it and don’t have to think about anything, that reduces my stress.
I want an oven and a big pot now so that I can bake cookies and
scones, and make curry. I can’t afford them, I’m thinking to ask for Santa.
