Tezuka Osamu "Mermaid"

This story takes place in a fictional country where imagination is prohibited. The main characters of this story are a boy and a fish which transforms into a mermaid and amazes everyone. He lives in a country where imagining  is not allowed so he gets arrested for doing such things. Then he gets his ability of imagining stolen by the authorities. The climax is where the boy escapes from prison and regains the power of imagination. He sets off to the sea with the mermaid in the end.

I think the message(theme) of this shorty video is that we all have our rights to do whatever we want. No one can stop us from doing that. Like the boy in the story, he ends up being able to have the power to imagine. Just like so, everyone should have the rights of freedom. Freedom in which prohibitince does not exist at all.
