This film was difficult, so I couldn't understand whole story.

A boy saw a fish as a mermaid in his imagination, and I think he loved a mermaid while he traveled around the sea with her.
Conflict:
He wanted other people to see mermaid as he did, but in his country, free imagination was not permitted. Therefore, nobody could recognize her and he was sent to jail for fixing his imagination.
Setting:
A seaside town. In this country, to imagine freely wasn't allowed.
A boy lived with his parents.
Weather was not so good.
Ending:
When he brought a fish back to the sea, he also went into the sea. I think he will turn into mermaid too and two of them will live in the sea peacefully.
