The boom of regardlessly labelling anything as unscrupulous

I would like to make references to people's recent propensity to label as unscrupulous whatever leisure and activity is done during this calamity. I have found myself often facing many comments on the Internet that say that any leisures should be now refrained from. Only if I am restricted to regarding that propensity solely from the ethical point of view do I understand that well enough.

Nevertheless, from the economic point of view, I think that some economic impulses should be encouraged all the more because of this calamity that Japan is facing. Such impulses can be distributed by leisures and many other activities. Currently, Japan's economy is rendered stuck. Such will render the situation worse and worse, and as a result will make recovery from this calamity more difficult to be realised. We should put forward more and more incentives to invest as well.

And in addition, I think that people do not get the correct meaning of 'unscrupulous'.
