I imagine some of you are having a great Golden Week and some of you aren't. I'm the one who are not having fun.
As some of you know, I have to go back to my countryside to do my business, and there're plenty of things to complete by the end of the Golden Week. Besides, I have six or seven school assignments to finish. I've never been so hectic since I was in college twenty five years ago.
In addition, I have one thing to worry about, which makes it difficult to have fun. Last week I went on a date with my girl friend. I have been on very good terms with her as a friend for a long time. We had dinner in Shinjuku and walked around, talking very happily. After a while, I said to her, "You are like a junior high school student, are you?" That was the end. She kept silent and looked very angry. She said that she always disliked her appearance which looks younger than she really is, and she really hated to be said that she was childish. I had stepped on a mine (地雷を踏んでしまった).
I have many things to think about through the Golden Week.
