One of the biggest world social issues

I am interested in the field of world food issues such as GM food and mass food production & consumption. Food is directly related to our health: obesity and poverty

There is a video on America's food education by Jamie Oliver from TED. I want you to watch this if you have time. I agree with him that "food education" make a little bit change.
