Mirage

I want to tell about the short movie “Mirage.”
In this story, a robot who had a human face and behavior like human was a main character. His energy to live was water. One day because a drop dripped on his face, he went up a ladder and tried to get water. However water spilled from his body. Frantically scooping, he found a fruit of water which was beautiful. He was spellbound, but made a hole and got water. Although he was content, a fish came out it. The fish was dying. He saw the sight, feeling at a loss. At last, he put it into his stomach to help.

I think the robot is the symbol of human and fish is the symbol of life which human takes. This story asks us whether taking other’s life to help oneself is right. It is inevitable to take life to live, but we should not think that it is ordinary, and appreciate life.
