setting- present, at a town near the sea

conflict- two octopuses were in conflict with a man

climax- orange octopus finally rescued his lover

symbol- the sea symbolized unknown world

irony- they could escape from the man and seemed to be able to be together, but a seagull  caught an octopus, so they separated again.

theme- there are many difficulties in our life
