Driver license

Today, I passed the exam and got driver license.
I'm so happy! About 70% of examiners passed today.

I heard that Chiba prefecture is worst 5 of the number of traffic accident today.
Once Chiba was worst 3!!
I was shocked, so want to be a carefull driver.
