This is what I thought after watching Mermaid.
First, I thought that the main character would be the boy.
I thought of including the mermaid but I thought that the
mermaid only had the role to influence the boy.
I think this animation wants to slander the people who don’t
think well about imagination. I think Mr.Tezuka wanted to tell the rights and
the fun things about imagination.
I think it’s weird though this was what I thought in the
end. Even the boy got abandoned to imagine, he decided to suicide and live in
his imagination to live a fun time with his imaginary mermaid.
