My opinion about Tezuka mermaid

I think the short video gives us a chance to consider what's going on in a society, meanwhile he makes fun of it. In a video firstly a little boy, main character I thought was going to show what he saw and experienced for everyone. However, secondly there was a conflict between him and his parents that he can see fish's real figure which would be regarded as his imagination afterwords and they can't. There also is a problem that the society regarded his thought as selfish imagination and kept him from imagining and even punished him for that.eventualy, after his life in jail, he forgot  his imagination and was forced to release the fish. At that time, fish turned to be the mermaid and told him that what he felt should have been accepted in the society and took him to the another world, implying his death.
