A Shower Thought

Whenever I'm in a public space, I always convince myself that everybody in the room except for me can hear each other's minds. I first had this kind of thought when I was maybe 11 and it's been haunting me ever since.

Just yesterday, I was having this thought as I would do on a normal day, except it sent me down into an even further rabbit hole. It made me think, can people who read minds understand people who speak a different language than them? For instance, if I was thinking in English, can people who only speak Arabian understand my thoughts? Does the brain automatically translate one language to another?

I really hope I'm making sense. Sometimes the things I think about only makes sense in my brain.
