Cross-cultural communication

I have a friend who is from Korean.
When she finds unknown Japanese word, I tell her the meaning.
But sometimes I don't know the meaning.
Then she and her learn it from dictionary or the Internet.
In this way, we learn each other.
It is so beneficial and interesting.

And she speaks Japanese so fluently. Moreover, she study English. I respect her because I can't speak and writing English although I study English for 6 years.
I think I have to study English harder follow her example.

Finally, the most important thing in cross-cultural communication is the action that try to understand each other such as body language. And I think learning foreign languages is beneficial for cross-cuitural communication because we can communicate with foreign people easily.
