Thailand transgender power

1) What is Crystal's job? What company does she work for?
She works for French cosmetic company, L'Occitane as a manager.

2) Tell us more interesting things about her.
Crystal was born as a boy, but she has been wanting to be woman. Now she lives as a woman.

3) What happend to her?
In 2007, Crystal was not treated okay at the night club, because she was a transgendered.

4) As a result, what was the big change in the constitution of Thailand?
In 2006, military coup took place in Thailand. And in 2007, Thailand voted in favor of the new constitution which has transgender and gay rights for the first time in its story.

5) How about Japan compared to Thailand?
We don't hear about this issue in Japan, but I think many Japanese people don't care who is transgendered or who is gay. We heard about this problem given consideration in other countries such as Sweden, France, Philippines and Thai when we watch TV. In Japan, there is no right and no constitution for them. Though some people have negative impression on them, others tolerate them. We should know that all of people have equal rights.
