Thailand transgender

(1)She works as a manager for French cosmetic retailer.

(2) Crystal was born as a boy. He becomes notice that his gender is not  parents are in a very high position in Thailand society. She is a vegetarian and does not smoke.

(3) In 2007, hotel turned her down to enter due to her gender and claim that it is a policy.

(4) She sued that hotel. Public people joined her movement. Finally it changed constitution which added the equality of gay and transgendered people.

(5) I found a interesting article on Japanese transsexuality. In 2002, Japanese famous drama program went to air called Kinpachi Sensei. In this program, one of students was a male-to-female transsexual. Since this problem was spread to public, this controversy was focused on. The drafting of the gender identity disorder law was enacted in 2004.

To think about this problem in Japan, many people can see transgender people such as Haruna Ai on TV. Although it depends on audiences whether watching it or not, we are accepting it without notice. However it hasn't been a nationwide discussion nor affect on constitution. I expect that it wouldn't become a big issues in Japan unless transsexuals or claim their identities because they are still minority
