Meeting my friend

Yesterday, I met my friend in elementary school in New York for the first time in 9 years. She is Japanese and her name is Sara. I am friends with her high school friends like Kasumi in Aoyamagakuin. She told me on Facebook that she was coming to our school and I was so happy to meet her. She goes to Waseda University now and came all the way to meet us. We talked about our elementary school days and talked about wanting to do a reunion with the other Japanese people in our elementary school. I didn't go to a Japanese elementary school so I never got to go to those reunions like everybody else. I am looking forward to that event now.
