1 What is Crystal's job and what company dose she work for?
She is the manager of a cosmetic company. The name of the company is L`occitane.

2 What are the interesting things about her?
She was born as a man, but she wanted to be g woman. So, she transgendered. She dosen't smoke and She is a vegetarian.

3 What happened to her?
She went to a night club in Bankok, but she was not allowed to enter because she is transgendered.

4 As a result, there a big change of constitution of Thailand. What is the big change?
Equal rights of gays and transgendered people are written. This was for the first time in Thailand history.

5 How about Japan compared to Thailand?
I think that there is no equal rights of gays and transgendered people in Japan, and Japanese people usually have prejudice against them. So, they have a difficulty lead a comfortable life. However, they should have equal rights because women can get equal rights now. It is difficult to solve this problem, but we should
be more kind to gays and transgendered people.
