Human Relationship - Love is silent?

The other day I heard an interesting saying (or proverb), which is difficult to translate into English, but translated directly it says like "Love is silent, Romance is talkative."

This saying suggests the difference between love and romance. Let me explain. A couple is being together alone in somewhere. How long can they remain silent? If it is OK for them even if they talk nothing for over 10 minutes, that is love. But if they feel something uneasy without talking, that is romance. It says if it is love, you don't need to talk a lot.

Some girls who were told this saying seemed really convinced. Now I wanna ask each of you questions if you've got any idea, no matter whether you have such an experience. What do you think about this saying? Can it be true?
