About Homeless people

Good evening! I watched the short movie about homeless.
There are a lot of homeless people in Japan. The park near my house has been called "homeless kingdom" by our neighbor and my friends. I may think if you see this park, you will be surprised at the number of homeless people and convinced why this park is called. A lot of my neighbors dislike them and always keep away from them. Of course, I can't approach them recklessly. But I think they may never do harm us. They just try to survive desperately in spite of their misery.
However, Japanese people have too much bias about them. It's true they are very strange and dirty and sometimes crazy. But I won't forgive by curiosity, some people attack them and sometimes kill them. I can't understand why they can do so. I haven't lived in abroad so I can't imagine foreign homeless people.
But I think Japanese people should have consideration toward them.
They are human being as same as everyone.
