topless!

When we read about the article last week that women in Maine is trying to break the law of being topless, I was SHOCKED!! I had never thought about those kind of things, and I don't think it's necessary. What's the point of us being half naked in the street anyways?? As for me, I don't think anybody should be half naked outside the street. But if they wanna walk out like that, then go ahead and do so. Everybody would just feel they are weird. I don't think this problem isn't about the law, but how people thinks about it.
