I would like to write about the native austlarian people which I watched last class.
Before United Kingdom occupied the Oceania, native people who are called aborigine have freely lived in it. However, once she occupied, UK started to colonize it and send criminals to this island and at the same time, a lot of people went there to migrate from UK to it. Because of that, in Oceania, non-native people which are not aboriginie dramatically increased and as aresult, aboriginie became minority in this island. Moreover in 1869 to 1969, the policy that the gpvernment robbed parent of aboriginie baby in order to exterminate the existence of aboriginie. It means the violation of culture and language. Those children are called "Storen Genaration" or "Stolen Children". Because this action became one of the causality, the level and quality of abologinie's people's life became worse and there were drug problem or other social problem like killing. In 2008, government officially apologize to aboriginie people.
This is brief summary of the short movie.
Through it, I think most countries had shameful history and policy. Even Japan did similar action to Korea and China. However the difference of those countries is whether they apologize or not, and whether they compensate or not. In this sense, Austlaria Government is a little better than the other because she officially apologized and subcidized aboriginie people as a support.
After the class, I had interest on aboriginie and reseached it. More than I had expected, there were serious and severe history. I cannot write all of it there, so I want you to research it!
