Homeless poeple

There are about three hundreds homeless people in Tokyo. The number has increased has increased since around 1990 becuse of the nationwide depression. Though we tend to regard homeless people as poor persons in the view of the lack of money and serious situations, I think, what most important thing is how to enjoy our own life. So we should not write down happiness from only the circumstances or status. But some homeless people thrust into the present situation against their will because of the dismissal or reduction in employment. Moreover recently a lot of accidents abouts homeless people happened frequently. In 2002, Japan government introduced a low to support the their independence, but the situation has not neccessarily improved. So in my opinion, the goverment should make concrete measures to help them cooperating with the local autonamy.
