Tribe means ethnic group.
If they are different nationality, they have common habits like cultural, language and religion.
On the other hand, race means nation.
We share cultural tradition which our ancestors have and race is form by it.
So I think tribe and race is different things.
Tribe is built before we are born,
race is built we are born.
It is difficult for me to tell you what I want to say..
